A small team, deliberately
Demarioscare LLC was founded on a simple belief: good home care is relationship work. That only happens when caregivers are supported, schedules are stable, and families are treated as partners.
Our story
Why we started
Like a lot of care companies, Demarioscare began with a family situation — a loved one who wanted to stay home, and a schedule of rotating strangers that made everyone anxious. We knew it could be done better.
So we built the company around the parts that matter most to families: caregivers who stay, plans that adapt, and a phone that gets answered. We keep our client list intentionally manageable so no one becomes a slot on a spreadsheet.
Today we support older adults and adults with disabilities across New Castle and Kent counties, Delaware, with hourly, overnight, and weekend schedules.

Standards & compliance
How we work responsibly
- Non-medical scope. We provide companionship, personal care support, and homemaking services only — never skilled nursing, medication administration, or therapy.
- Licensing and registration. Home care rules differ by state and municipality. We operate within the requirements that apply in each community we serve, and we're happy to walk families through what those are.
- Caregiver screening. Interviews, reference checks, background checks, and documented onboarding before a caregiver is placed in a home.
- Privacy. Client and applicant information is stored securely and shared only with the people who need it to deliver or arrange care.
