When you submit a caregiver application we collect your name, contact details, location, position of interest, experience, availability, certifications, your answers to the eligibility questions, and any resume file you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange or discuss care services, and evaluate employment applications. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Storage and access
Submissions and uploaded resumes are stored in a private, access-controlled database and file store. Website visitors cannot read submissions. Access is limited to authorized Demarioscare LLC staff accounts, and resume files can only be opened through short-lived, authenticated links.
Please don't send sensitive data
These forms are not intended for protected health information, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or government identification numbers. If we need information like that during care planning or hiring, we will collect it through a secure channel.
Retention
We keep enquiries and applications only as long as needed for the purpose they were submitted for, and as long as applicable employment and business record rules require. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
