What we look for
- Reliability and clear communication
- Experience with older adults or adults with disabilities (or a genuine desire to learn)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willingness to complete a background check and reference checks
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is a plus, not a requirement for companion roles
